Exclusive Beauty Together with Dr. Neda Nabavi and La Mer
Dr. Neda Nabavi took the stage at an exclusive La Mer event to share her insights on timeless beauty, modern treatments, and skincare. The evening was beautifully rounded out with skin ateliers and face yoga sessions.
"The Secrets of Timeless Beauty" — this was the motto of the beauty lunch hosted by Premium Kliniken & Praxen and La Mer at the Hamburg hotel The Fontenay.

Aesthetic and plastic surgeon Dr. Neda Nabavi, a member of our nationwide medical network Premium Kliniken & Praxen, shared her thoughts on what timeless beauty means to her during a panel talk with Premium Quarterly publisher Stephanie Neureuter and Miriam Reitmeier of La Mer Germany: "It is independent of current trends and external influences, and is often associated with a healthy lifestyle, a positive attitude, and good self-esteem — it's really about feeling comfortable in your own skin."
She also discussed which treatments are currently trending and when she recommends La Mer to her patients — including after dermatological procedures such as chemical peels or laser treatments, because the active ingredient complex Miracle Broth has been proven to accelerate skin regeneration.
In two workshops — the Skin Ateliers — Marc Müller, Brand Ambassador for La Mer, guided participants step by step through a regenerating and soothing skincare routine, explaining how to apply each essential product and how to combine them for optimal results. The Skincare Atelier was rounded out with valuable tips on massage techniques and face yoga.
