Dr. Montanari began her career as a plastic and aesthetic surgeon initially because of love – her Swiss husband is also a doctor – as an assistant doctor at the Surgical Clinic of the Solothurn Cantonal Hospital in Switzerland. She then went on to work at various German clinics until she completed her specialized training in plastic and aesthetic surgery at the Florence-Nightingale Hospital of the Kaiserswerth Diaconia in Düsseldorf. Her skills and dedication impressed them so much there that they developed a wrinkle consultation with her help, which she led until 2010.

Afterwards, she led the aesthetics department of the Clinic for Plastic, Aesthetic, and Hand Surgery at the Katharinen Hospital Unna as a senior physician for another year until the opportunity arose to open her own practice in 2011. "Even during my time at the clinic, I realized that I would like to take more time for patients and their concerns than would be possible in a clinic setting. In my own practice, I could do everything exactly the way I see fit," explains the doctor.

Intimate surgery as a focus

And Dr. Montanari has done a lot of things right – she is the only specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery within a wide area, who has been recognized as one of the Focus TOP doctors for fillers & Botox since 2021 and also received the Focus seal for the seventh time in a row for intimate surgery . However, the specialist not only focuses on surgical procedures in the intimate area but also increasingly relies on non-invasive treatment methods. In Dr. Montanari's practice, there is the innovative BTL-Emsella chair, which is still rarely found in Germany and tightens the pelvic floor in around a month thanks to electromagnetic waves.
