How can individual lifestyles and medical prevention be combined? These topics were at the center of the Beauty & Health Talks, to which Premium Medical Circle (PMC) invited together with Breuninger and Augustinus Bader.
Everyone is talking about it, but what does holistic health really mean? How can individual lifestyles and medical prevention be sensibly combined? These questions were at the center of the Beauty & Health Talk, to which Premium Medical Circle (PMC) together with Breuninger and this year's beauty partner Augustinus Bader had invited to the Breuninger Flagship Store in Munich.
Around 200 invited guests experienced an entertaining and informative evening in the store's beauty department, which transformed into an exclusive talk location after closing time. The focus was on an interdisciplinary panel with three leading experts: Dr. Andrea Gartenbach, specialist in internal medicine with a focus on longevity and functional medicine, Dr. Susanne Steinkraus, dermatologist with practices in Munich and Hamburg and member of Premium Medical Circle, as well as Christiane Werron, Global Education Director at Augustinus Bader. The evening was moderated by Karolin Kandler.

The discussion quickly made it clear: Health is individual and standard solutions do not apply in modern medicine or in skin care. Rather, it is about, as Dr. Andrea Gartenbach says, "sensitizing people early to personalized health strategies and making connections between lifestyle, micronutrients, stress, and prevention visible based on diagnostics before diseases arise."
From a dermatological point of view, a connected approach is also essential. Dr. Susanne Steinkraus emphasized: "The skin is our mirror. Modern dermatology thinks holistically, considers both internal and external factors, and has long been at the intersection of medicine, lifestyle, and science." In conjunction with evidence-based skin care, such as pursued by Augustinus Bader with its cell-regenerating active ingredient technology, a new understanding of selfcare emerges: conscious, individual, and scientifically based.
"It was a great evening with clever impulses, open discussion, and real added value for our guests. Health and beauty topics are often overlaid by trends these days and our speakers have given real orientation today in a well-founded, approachable and inspiring way at the same time," says Stephanie Neureuter, CEO & Founder of Premium Medical Circle.
Alexander Entov, Managing Director of the Breuninger flagship store in Munich, was pleased with the event: “With formats like this, we create space for exchange at eye level. Our store should not only be a place for shopping, but also a stage for relevant topics that move our customers. The fact that this claim is successful is also demonstrated by the award with the Duftstars Award as Best Store - another sign that our commitment to exclusivity and a comprehensive, curated range not only meets the expectations of our customers but also inspires the industry.” \rAfter the talk, there was room for personal conversations, interviews with the experts, DJ live sounds and flying buffet.
