Eco-Hotel Saltus

Pure deceleration: At an altitude of 1,100 meters and only 8 km from Bolzano, the wonderful Eco-Hotel Saltus is located in Jenesien, directly at the edge of the forest. It was opened in 2019 by Hedwig Gamber and her two daughters, all three of whom place great emphasis on sustainability. Even in the minimalist designed rooms and suites, you can feel the close connection to nature.

According to the concept of salutogenesis, the house focuses on promoting the health and well-being of people (and the environment) and not on the factors that cause diseases. The aim is to support every guest in discovering their own healthy lifestyle.
