Forest bathing and wellness: In the South Tyrolean 5-star hotel My Arbor, guests experience environmentally friendly relaxation.
In the hiking area of Plose, which counts as the forecourt of the Dolomites, lies the adults-only hideaway My Arbor , run by the Huber family. The Hubers have not only created a wonderful retreat in the mountains, but for three years they have also been cultivating 20 hectares of agricultural land in Albisano on Lake Garda – two hours by car from Brixen. There, 200 new chickens have found a home. In total, 260 hens live there in happy free-range conditions and lay perfect organic breakfast eggs.

Moreover, the Hubers cultivate more than 300 different fruit tree varieties in the Italian province of Verona. The South Tyrolean tree refuge for adults features the largest in-house cultivation in the region and covers a variety of regional products such as fruits, vegetables, potatoes, herbs, olives, cereals, and wine. If you want to experience an authentic farm-to-table concept, this is the place to be. Because the hotel's own restaurant uses exclusively self-produced products.

The hotel uses exclusively products from its own production.
In the in-house restaurant, chef Matthias Hinteregger and his team process ingredients from their own harvest: From herb waffles for breakfast to local Wagyu beef to fresh fruit cake. The cuisine ranges between traditional South Tyrolean dishes and creative influences from around the world.
