In the new edition of Premium Quarterly, everything revolves around values that make us happier and healthier. From the luxury of good sleep to freedom
Luxury can be fun even in difficult times, such as those many people are currently experiencing. And especially when it doesn't appear as a meaningless display of possession. The latest issue of Premium Quarterly, the new magazine for health, well-being, and premium lifestyle, is dedicated to these other (life)forms of the seemingly superfluous.
The range of stories spans from an interview with an international medical expert on the question of whether health can be a luxury, to a report on a topic many equate with luxury: good sleep. A third of the population now has trouble finding peace at night, ten percent suffer from pathological insomnia. A portfolio featuring such diverse personalities as Patti Smith, Daniel Richter, Jochen Zeitz, or Serena Williams is dedicated to perhaps the greatest luxury of all: freedom – portraits of people who, with courage, imagination, and perseverance, always do only what is good for them throughout their lives.
Other topics in the new issue of Premium Quarterly: How valuable are preventive health measures? Are skincare products with ingredients like gold, caviar, pearls, or diamonds a worthwhile investment? Plus: gourmet cooking from your own garden and dream trips to private islands.
