A better place to dedicate oneself to beauty could not have been chosen by Dr. med. Timm Golüke. The elegant private practice of the specialist is located in exactly the part of Munich where everything revolves around aesthetics, beauty, and art, whether it's right next door at the Munich Kammerspiele, the nearby opera, or in the shops of renowned designers. Here, on Maximilianstraße, the art-loving dermatologist has been taking care of the preservation, care, and renewal of beautiful and healthy skin for nearly twenty years.
Born in Darmstadt, he initially studied human medicine in Munich before continuing part of his training in the USA. At the University of San Francisco (UCSF), he engaged in the microscopic and molecular examination of skin tissue samples, while in New York (The New York Hospital / Cornell Medical Center) he turned more towards classical dermatology.
Back in Germany, the specialist training followed. First at the Dermatology Clinic Darmstadt with Professor Hagedorn, then in the dermatological practice of Prof. Luderschmidt in Munich. Looking back, the stay in Darmstadt can be seen as a guidepost for his professional orientation, as it was here he met the visionary physician Gerhard Sattler. Sattler was one of the pioneers of aesthetic dermatology in Germany, at that time already performing autologous fat treatments in the face. A field of activity that soon interested the young doctor and still fascinates him today, as an established dermatologist with many years of experience.
So the offer of medical treatment is very comprehensive and up to date, but he relies exclusively on methods that are safe and tested, and really benefit patients. "I have seen many trends come and go," says Golüke. "And if, in my expertise, they offer little to no benefit to the patient, I prefer to advise against them."
The specialist, who is a member of the "Professional Association of German Dermatologists", the "American Academy of Dermatology" and the "European Academy of Dermatology & Venereology", prefers to rely on the gold standards of aesthetic dermatology such as Botox and fillers, the use of lasers and flash lamps or the PRP method. Autologous blood is one of the doctor's specialties: 'From the patient's blood, I extract growth factors, which I then gently introduce into the skin at many small points with a special injection gun,' he explains.
Introduced into the face, it immediately appears younger and fresher; injected into the scalp, it has been proven to stimulate hair growth. The topic of hair loss is particularly important to Dr. Golüke. He not only offers his own hair consultation, but also works closely with colleagues from gynecology and endocrinology, other specialties that deal with this indication. Another of his preferred treatments is "Profilho". This moisturizer is injected into the facial skin, but also into the décolleté or neck, with extremely fine needles. Due to its high concentration of stabilized hyaluronic acid, it immediately and independently spreads into the tissue and quickly ensures a firm and plump skin appearance.

In the area of body treatments, the doctor relies, for example, on micro-focused ultrasound (Ultraformer), which improves the elasticity and firmness of the skin, thereby also reducing cellulite. Brand new is the "Double Tite" procedure developed by a Korean dermatologist. Here, a combination of microneedling, radiofrequency, and individually tailored active ingredient solutions is used to soften fine lines in the body and facial area.
Naturally, dermatological indications such as acne, neurodermatitis, couperose, or rosacea are also conscientiously treated by the expert - with all conventional medical methods as well as alternative natural healing methods. Always in focus: the treatment must lead to the desired success. He regularly receives support from other specialists in dermatology and venereology as well as two plastic-aesthetic surgeons who perform minor skin operations.
Another benefit of Dr. Golüke's practice: In the affiliated medical cosmetic division, four beauticians care for the skin with established facial treatments. "Nowadays, everyone has their own beauty routine, but I am often surprised by how frequently patients use cosmetics that do not suit their skin type," reveals the doctor. For this reason, he developed his own cosmetic line called "Royal Fern" with a renowned biochemist based on a patented active ingredient complex from fern extracts. The worldwide very successful line now includes twelve products, which are naturally also used on-site in treatments. "Because only well-cared-for skin is healthy skin," reveals Dr. med. Timm Golüke.
